It’s great to have won “Best use of Technology” at this year’s Direct Commerce awards for our use of Shopify as the platform for Taking.Care and our brand partner white label ecommerce websites.
Having an ecommerce platform that matches our needs and budget has been an important part of Taking.Care’s growth.
Since switching to Shopify, we’ve seen an impressive 62% increase in ecommerce conversion rate and 53% increase in average order value.
We certainly could have done some things better and there is still a lot of work planned to improve the website further. However, there are three factors that have been essential to achieving these improvements.
